In recent years, with the popularization of higher education, the talent cultivation work in universities has gradually received more and more attention. To optimize and intensify talent cultivation, universities should base themselves on the perspective of the new public management theory, propose corresponding innovative paths according to the actual development of current management work, and lay a good foundation for the innovation and development of efficient management work.
