Impact of Digital Transformation on Supply Chain Collaboration Efficiency

With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key strategy for enterprises to achieve innovative development and improve operational efficiency. This paper focuses on an in-depth study of the impact of digital transformation on the collaborative efficiency of enterprise supply chains. By sorting out the theoretical foundations related to supply chain collaborative efficiency and digital transformation, it deeply analyzes the mechanisms through which digital transformation affects the collaborative efficiency of enterprise supply chains. This paper proposes strategies to enhance the collaborative efficiency of enterprise supply chains from aspects such as internal digital construction of enterprises, collaboration among supply chain partners, and policy support and industry standard construction.
