With the change of global economy and the continuous upgrading of socialneeds and the continuous adjustment of vocational education model. With itsprofound cultural background and based on the traditional “craftsman spirit”,Huxiang region provides a new enlightenment and direction for the vocationaleducation in Huxiang area. This unique culture of “Hunan craftsmen”emphasizes a character and thinking of the pursuit of details, dedication toperfection and respect for craftsmanship, which is in line with the strongdemand for innovation and practical ability in today’s society. Therefore, thisstudy is committed to exploring how to cultivate top innovative talents withthe real craftsman spirit and who can meet the challenges of modern societyfrom this unique perspective. Through in-depth analysis of the characteristicsof Huxiang craftsmen and combined with modern educational concepts, itprovides a set of systematic training strategies and methods for vocationalcolleges.
