This paper aims to discuss the construction and optimization strategy of physical education teaching quality evaluation system in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of physical education teaching. Through the analysis of the existing evaluation system, a series of improvement measures are put forward, aiming at building a more scientific, reasonable, and effective evaluation system of physical education teaching quality.
